Remove a sidebar shortcut

POST/api/shortcuts/remove

Unpins a shortcut from the caller's own list for this workspace. Same body as POST /api/shortcuts/add. Idempotent (removed: false for a shortcut that was never added — not a 404) and does not verify the target still exists, so a leftover shortcut pointing at a deleted object can always be removed. Requires reports:write.
